History

In December 2006 Jezza's Exiles was formed when the BBC closed down all their message boards in particular the News & Current Affairs one (previously the Jeremy Vine Board) and the Radio 2 Coffee Bar. I set up the board in an attempt to give a home to all the people using the message boards.

It proved very time consuming, stressful to run and was very resource hungry so it closed in April 2008. Various break away boards have sprung up during and since this time.

Another board set up at the same time the BBC boards closed is R2OK and this board is still going strong and discussing all matters Radio 2 related including the Jeremy Vine Show.
